VNE & I (Orca1) were married April 22, the date of our first face-to-face meeting in 2005.

We struck it off well from the beginning, and in our relationship. We fulfilled the expectations that we both derived from reading each-other's Profiles, and from the contacts and meetings we had.

Some points we would like to emphasise for the benefit of all authentic seekers of a companion-

1 Be absolutely open and honest in your profile. Be authentic (In both Words and Images)

2 Become a Gold Member (this opens you up to the full benefit of the Site and demonstrates commitment to the process)

3 Be thoughtful and thorough with your preparation of your Profile. Answer everything, complete all sections and use your full allocation of space in Words and Photos (a superficial "stab-at-it" says that you are not completely enrolled in the process, or worse, are hiding something)

4 Be polite (show courtesy and good manners. Reply to all contacts, even to politely decline a contact)

5 Don't play games (even when others seem to be)

"findsomeone" is a wonderful way to get to know people and identify that special person, but it takes some effort, care, honesty and commitment.

But then isn't that what's required for a successful relationship.

In my experience, "findsomeone" is the best site of its kind to achieve this.

Kind regards and success in you venture.
