Hi folks

I just rejoined briefly to say a big THANK YOU to the FindSomeone team. I was kiwiteacher and met 62woman on this site in January 2005.

We each met three or four people through the FSO site (chemistry-free meetings!), and then found each other. We talked on the phone on Monday January 10th, went out on our first date on January 12th... and have been together ever since! I proposed in May (she accepted!), we bought a house together in January 2006 and will be married in November.

Looking back, I am amazed at how it all happened. My photo was lousy; she had none! We are both professionals people(teacher and health professional), both with degrees, both earning very good incomes and both appalled at the idea of trying to trawl through a bar or nightclub to try and meet someone like us! FindSomeone gave us the safety to look for a soul-mate, and is the sight we recommend to find the right person. The best thing I did was become a gold member, since it allowed me to initiate contact with prospective matches.

It is just 9 weeks till our wedding in Central Otago.
