I'd only been on FindSomeone for a week or two when I spotted a profile for a guy who was into all the things I was; movies, odd music, Monty python and black humour... too good to be true I thought. He had a really full profile, not just a few words, which impressed me, so I sent him a message and he replied back quickly. We started emailing regularly but after 10 days or so I suggested we get together for a coffee. He was keen, so we met at coffee culture, where all the first dates seem to be.

We just talked and talked, the conversation flowed and we even showed each other our drivers license photos - a brave move! We both decided to meet again but with no real definite plan. The next week was Anzac, so I suggested a picnic trip, so we drove to Lake Hood and he had made a 'mix CD' especially for the trip which I thought was really sweet!

We sat and ate and talked and went for a walk. We just 'gelled'. And it's been all on from there, no taking it slowly, no seeing how it unfolds carefully and steadily, but just gone for it and it's amazing for both of us. We have both come out of fairly heavy relationship problems and we are like a 'breathe of fresh air' to each other, we are honest, share our thoughts and of course can't keep our hands off each other! I can't tell you what a difference he has made to my life and he tells me the same. Thank you for helping us find each other and I wish everyone out there the best of luck... there are nice guys out there!
