Hi. My brother-in-law and sister put me on FindSomeone one night and told me the next day. I was scared silly.

The messages were fine. Got good friends online. It was fun and addictive.

One person I said friends only, but I want a real date where you pick me up and I get pretty and get nervous.

I don't believe you can get to know someone over coffee.

We hit it off straight away. I said I'd never go there again but after a week I got engaged.

Looking forward to growing old and cuddly and wrinkly and gummy together. Feels so right. And gets better every day.

We both have kids and they met and clicked just like we did. He's an awesome person and a great dad. Two weeks later I still feel the same.

Everyday I wake up happy. Thats a really good thing.

Ps, we have just had our 6-week anniversary.

Still feel really good about it. Being in love at 40 feels great for both of us. Pity we didn't meet 25 years ago.

We would have felt the same then. Older and wiser now and ready for each other.

V8 guy and apparently I have to get married on the start/finish line at Pukekohe and do hot laps. If I have to I will. Eek. Thats scary.
